I have enjoyed millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager

Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 wager

Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can't alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
