I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a match of streaks. When you're hot your on fire, and when you are not you're NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don't win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet

Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It's iffy to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
