I have enjoyed millions of hands of 21. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don't win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don't win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first five dollar wager

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar wager

Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!

It's herculean to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can't deviate and drop your bet or the final result won't be the same.
