I have played millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you're on fire your on fire, and when you're not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don't win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can't alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
