I have gambled on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of cash at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you're hot your on fire, and when you're not you're NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don't win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager

If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can't alter and lower your bet or the end result won't be the same.
